For the 10th anniversary of The Circlemaker album by Rubber Band Banjo comes an entire album of nearly lost, unreleased tracks from that era (2005-2008). The Circlemaker album and b-side tracks emphasize the use of unfamiliar sounds played on homemade instruments and electrified objects. These recordings are inspired by avant rock, krautrock, and whatever comes out of experimenting with electrified objects and instruments largely made from junked parts. Highlights include "DNA Phantasmagoria", a collage made from snippets of Circlemaker tracks, and the almost-too-embarrassing-to-release "Science and Sciatica", the only Rubber Band Banjo track to date with actual sung lyrics! Comes with two unreleased pieces of artwork that were never released: (1) The original Circlemaker front cover that was taken from the Wave Genetics video, and (2) a 12-panel comic strip of sorts, describing the story behind the album.
